We called and met with several plumbers before deciding on Upshaw. We had a plumbing disaster, and they made the process as pleasant as it could have possibly been, given the circumstances. They replaced a lot of our old cast-iron pipes and had to "rework" several sections in all three of our bathrooms that were done incorrectly. We had draining and venting issues.
